    “Your crews were well managed and properly staffed for the project and/or specific tasks at hand, communicated needs and concerns clearly and in timely fashion, worked hard and extremely efficiently, were flexible and understanding when needed (especially with material supply chain and delivery issues), were cooperative and worked well with other trades as needed, etc. I also witnessed an emphasis and importance given toward safety and jobsite cleanliness with regards to your work and work areas, which Burkey greatly appreciates. From a project management side of things, you or a representative of WRC attended coordination and scheduling meetings faithfully, were on top of your paperwork in terms of change order needs, billing, etc. and extremely fair and reasonable when it came to costs associated with out of scope or requested changes due to the nature of the Design-Build relationship we had with our client.
