From a project management side of things, you or a representative of WRC attended coordination and scheduling meetings faithfully, were on top of your paperwork in terms of change order needs, billing, etc. and extremely fair and reasonable when it came to costs associated with out of scope or requested changes due to the nature of the Design-Build relationship we had with our client. Williams Run Construction did a fantastic job at Sanatoga Greene, and we know that Ownership took notice of that as well.
